I included the blinking scrollbar script file.
The blinking scrollbar script is in the code and you need to edit the color of scrollbars.
I added the blinking code txt file for future use as well.
Parts Needed:
Name files as I have so the code will work.
header
bg1
bg2
bg3
strip1
divider
footer
back
next
email
home
links
map
guestbook
You have to edit the following in your code:
font color
3 scrollbar colors
button links
bordercolordark color
bordercolorlight color
bg3 is the color you will write on.
Replace my color codes with your colors and add your URL's.
To add music, add this code after the header.
You will need to change it to your file name and file extension.

You are done with this tutorial.
Save your edited txt file as a html file.
Upload your files to your server.
