Web Set Tutorial 43 Author: Ann Stalls December 4, 2010 Supplies include: greyscaled gradient strip plaid bgs You will need to colorize the gradient or create your own. Supplies Needed: Graphic or Tube for header pattern or plaid bg for bg1 gradient for bg2 texture or solid for bg3 divider buttons footer guestbook File Names: Name your files as I have: header bg1 bg2 bg3 divider guestbook footer buttons: back email next home map links Make a blank button to save. The html code is set for all images and backgrounds to be jpgs. If you use the starfield script, do not use an animated bgs. It slows the script down. Remember to save your txt code as a html file. I included the starfield code. It is not in the code. You need to add it if you want to use it by adding before the </head>. To add music, add this code after the header. <embed src="43.mp3" autostart="true" loop="false" hidden="true"> Change your file extension if your file is not a mp3 and rename your file to 43 to make it easy. Also, note the color html coded numbers for the scroll bars#, font color, and the color of the shooting stars in the starfield script can be changed to match your colors. There are two places in the script to change the stars in the code. Any changes you make with file extensions must all be changed in the code so it works.
